    Hey Carla,
    You look really nice are you in maintenance mode or are you still trying to loose weight? I’ve been doing bootcamp for some time now and I’m trying to get back on the band wagon after being off most of the summer but I’m having a time with the diet thing. Any suggestions or tips.

    • Thank you! I’m always trying to improve. I want to be leaner. But I know I need to lay off some of those SWEETS!!!!!! ugh!

  7. Question since I have reached my weight loss goal how much exercise do I need to maintain it. Before I was training 6 days a week to condition for the 10k race to benefit Aid’s last week. I realize I still will have to workout and watch what I eat. I have workout 4 times this week and plan on doing one more. Can I cut back to only 4 workouts per week?
