Whole Wheat Chicken and Spinach Pasta











Pasta Sauce (of your choice)

Small Can of Diced Tomatoes

Chicken Breasts Tenders

Chopped Bell Peppers (red, yellow, orange and green)

Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Chopped Spinach

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spices: Cayenne Pepper, Fresh Basil,  Fresh Thyme, Crushed Peppers, Sea Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Chopped Garlic


Cooking Instructions:

Season chicken breast tenders with salt, crushed black pepper, fresh chopped basil, thyme and cayenne

Grill seasoned chicken in cast iron skillet over medium heat with EVOO and chopped garlic

Boil whole wheat pasta (al dente)

In a large skillet: mix pasta, pasta sauce (any sauce you choose) and diced tomatoes together

In a small pan, saute chopped spinach in EVOO and chopped garlic (add to pasta mix)

Take grilled chicken and chop into small pieces (add to pasta mix)

Add all other ingredients; bell peppers, spinach, and season with crushed peppers (make it as mild or as spicy as you like)

Top with parmesan cheese( lightly sprinkled)
